Return & Exchange policy

We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Please read the guidelines below carefully before placing your order:

  • Replacements are only applicable if a wrong item was sent or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Size mismatch is not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement. We do not accept size-related requests once the order is placed.
  • A complete product opening/unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement. The video must clearly show the defect or damage at the time of opening the parcel.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for replacement:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • It must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept replacement unless the issue is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been delivered.
